Shipping Policy
 

The majority of our items are shipped typically within 24-38 hours of receipt of order.  We ship using Canada Post.  To do our part for the environment, we ship using gently used boxes when possible.

 

To offer you the widest selection of high-quality and unique products, we use additional vendors for some of the items on our website.  Shipping varies depending on the vendor, however items will typically ship within one week.  Please note, in some cases you may receive multiple packages.  
 
Some of these manufacturers are located in the USA and any import duties/taxes to Canada are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. 

Shipping fees are based on quantity and location as outlined below and are automatically generated upon checkout.  These charges are based on Canada Post Expedited Parcel (TM) service.  All shipping fees include basic insurance coverage and fuel surcharges.

 

In Canada:
Ontario: FLAT RATE: $6.00

 

Rest of Canada (excluding NWT, YT and Nunavut): FLAT RATE: $8.00
 
Northwest Territory, Yukon Territory and Nunavut: FLAT RATE: $25.00

To USA*: Flat rate of $13.00.

Will the items on my order ship together or separately?

In order to offer our customers the widest and most unique selection, some items may ship separately.  You will not be billed for each shipment – only one shipping charge will be added.
Free Shipping Promotion:
 
Our $99.00+ (pre-tax) Free Shipping promotion excludes Nunavut, Yukon, and NWT. After discounted prices are used when determining free-shipping (i.e. the $99.00 must be met after all discounts have been applied in order to receive free shipping on sales items).
