Of course, if an error is made by Baby Butterfly, we will gladly refund your shipping costs as well. All items must be in new condition with all tags attached and in the packaging.
Worn items, personalized items and special orders are not returnable.
No item is returnable after 30 days from purchase. If the package is refused, sent back as “return to sender” or the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, Baby Butterfly will recover this shipping cost prior to refunding – therefore, the customer will pay an additional shipping cost.
Since we love unique products that are safe for moms and babies, we are always on the lookout for new products! If you are a vendor and want to feature your items on babybutterfly.ca, please email us (products[at]babybutterfly[dot]ca) with a description of yourself and your product. Please include high res images of your designs, including pricing. It is also helpful to see physical samples of your work.
